Cash prices are public. They are just scattered.

A Direct Primary Care doctor handles most care in the office. The rest gets referred out: imaging, labs, scopes, surgery, a specialist visit. For a patient paying cash, the price of that referral can swing by thousands of dollars across one town.

Many of those prices are already posted, on imaging center pages, lab sites, surgeon price sheets and the files hospitals are required to publish. Almost nobody has time to go find them. ReferDPC finds them, keeps the source and the date, and puts them in one list for Florida.

It is free for doctors, patients and providers. It is built and run by Josiah Falde in Pensacola, Florida.

How to reach us

Providers can send prices, or claim, correct or remove a listing. DPC doctors can join the waitlist for the private referral list. Every price and every doctor row also has its own "Report" or "Correct this" link.
